Memory/Scrapbooking Quilts Gallery

"Thank You for Your Service"

This was my first memory/scrapbooking quilt.  I made it for my brother when he returned from his deployment.  I made it to commemorate his service to our country.

"Westward Ho, 2012"

Our trip out west last summer, July 2012, left us with many memories.  I can relive the trip everytime I look at the wallhanging, Westward Ho, 2012.

"Prague"

In December 2010, we went to Prague.  The birthplace of my Grandmother.  I wanted to celebrate our trip and hold the memories dear.  The lace along the bottom is a piece that belonged to my Grandmother.  I embellished the lace with beads I had bought in Prague.

"Old World Praha-Our Roots"

I made a second wall hanging with the same Prague theme, but a very different feel to it.  I wanted that old world feeling.

"50"

My sister's 50th birthday present.

"Roots"

Happy Birthday,  Colleen!

I decided to celebrate my daughter's birthday with pictures that celebrated milestones in her life.

Happy Big 50 was made to remind my brother that he is now eligible for AARP.

Happy Big 60!  Our friends bought a farm and have started a vineyard.  I wanted to celebrate his birthday as well as his dream of growing grapes and making wine.

Baby Girl's first birthday present, with many more to follow.
